Teenage is the phase of life where you body is still under development phases and is gaining its proper shape and form. Make your lifestyle vivacious and active by taking part in energetic activities. Be a part of the basketball team or baseball team of your school. Try to walk or jog towards the bus stop while going to school. In addition to active lifestyle you must try to live healthy life as well. Keep yourself away from emotional distress, depressions and isolation. Join some social cause to present yourself as an active part of society. Quit smoking and stop taking alcoholic drinks.
